Andrew Stentiford is a local self taught chainsaw carver, wood sculptor and speed carver, excelling in art from a young age with a career background in grounds maintenance and tree surgery it wasn’t long before he merged the two and created some amazing bespoke sculptures.

Using the best quality sustainably sourced timber much of which is supplied by local tree surgeons he creates one of a kind bespoke products ranging from small timber plaques which can be used for anything from coasters to house name signs to small, medium and large freestanding sculptures including some of his bestsellers which are, rabbits, owls, bears etc…

Andrew can also create bespoke pieces often working from pictures to create a real one off piece, he also carves into stumps as they sit in the ground making an ugly left over tree stump into a creative masterpiece.

He carves his sculptures using the latest chainsaws and related hand tools and can be seen throughout the year in various locations carrying out his work for the public to see.
